The Event 
The Golden Age Week is held over 8 days in order to allow participants from various different countries, arriving at the resort on different days, to get a full week of activities. The event is truly international and participants will be attending from different countries in Europe.
Daily Programme The daily programme consists of different sports and leisure activities, as well as structured fitness training programmes which have been designed to give you an active and healthier body in the minimum of time. A variety of relaxation techniques will also be taught and you will be able to experience and discover new activities to include in your daily life.
